Fixing error E000001-0002

Error E000001-0002 or any other error in the canon image runner machines are very much annoying and gives you a headache when your are in the mid of any work and due to this one has to postpone their work till the technician fix the error. But after reading this post one can clear this types of error in few minutes.

Error E000001-0002 generally comes due to improper shutting down of the machine or shutting down due to low voltages so do not get tensed as this not problem associated to hardware. In this post i am going to show you HOW TO FIX ERROR E000001-0002 IN CANON IMAGE RUNNER MACHINES" with the help of pictures.

This procedure can be used to clear any type of error that is not associated with any hardware failure.

So here are the steps:-

1. Turn on the machine and wait till it shows error.
2. As the machine shows error press "additional functions" button and the immediately press number key "2" and "8" simultaneously ( Remember to press number number keys simultaneously ) and immediately again press "additional functions" button. This will led you in the service mode of the machine. {sequence should be like this  ⇒"additional function"→ number key "2" and "8" simultaneously→ "additional function"}

3. Now click on copier button on the screen.

4.  Now go to the functions Tab and new menu will appear as follows:

5. Now click on the clear button and screen menus will again change as follows:

6. Now click on the "ERR" and press OK.

Now Restart your machine from the from the button present on the side panel of the machine.
This steps can be used to clear any type of error which is not associated with any hardware failure.
